He then advanced into corporate finance roles with several Tier 1 consulting firms, gaining exposure to complex transactions and multinational client portfolios. Over the following eight years, Asad held senior finance roles in multinational corporations, leading local conglomerates, and FMCG organisations. In these positions, he spearheaded budgeting, planning, and performance management functions, building a strong track record in driving financial discipline, operational efficiency, and strategic decision making at scale.
As Chief Operating Officer of Integra Global Partners, Asad oversees the Pakistan backoffice operations, with a focus on talent acquisition, operational excellence, and strengthening client relationships to ensure seamless cross border service delivery. He also leads the firm’s risk advisory and credit rating practice, collaborating with leading economists and industry experts on projects for sovereigns, multilaterals, and financial institutions, aligned with international standards such as Moody’s, S&P, and Fitch.
